Kubos is Japanese for "Royal Treatment" and that is our mission for your experience. We honor your patronage by selecting only the freshest seafood for sushi and sashimi, along with the best local produce Western North Carolina has to offer. We strive to go beyond the "typical" sushi experience and provide our guests with friendly, knowledgeable service, accompanied by vast selections of sake, wine, beer and original cocktails.
